It’s extremely stressful to sell your home. It’s even more stressful to be in your home while renovation is being done to get it ready to be sold. My home needed updating before I could put it on the market. DGB Contracting came in and did a wonderful job of determining what needed to be done, how it needed to be done, and how to do it as efficiently as possible. They gave me a clear overview of what was needed and how they were going to do it, as well as an itemized estimate, all of which reduced my level of stress!

The DGB team has a very good eye for style, and they worked to make sure the palette used for floors and walls, as well as fixtures, blinds, and any cabinetry, flowed together well throughout the house, so that it would be attractive to buyers. New light fixtures and the addition of ceiling fans helped in giving the home an updated look as well, something which I would not have thought to add.

I feel the kitchen is often the focal point of a home, and DGB did an awesome job with updating mine with granite countertops, tile floor, recessed lighting, as well as painting, redoing the cabinets, and choosing new appliances. It turned out so well that I wanted to take the kitchen with me when I left!

The outside of my home needed some work, too, including painting, a new porch, some wooden fence work, replacement of wood surrounding windows and the garage door, and some work on wood in the eaves. It looked beautiful when DGB completed it, and it definitely increased the curb appeal quite a bit.
